wheter or not it is true, (intentionalliy) leaving your head in the buff, follicle-free is sort of pornography; showing it up in public space could be charged with criminal offence in some countries.

What idiot came up with that ?
Some people (myself included) can't help having no hair and theres also people who lose their while receiving medical treatment. Are they going to be arrested as well ???
