So you can not forward picturemessages... :-( Anyone who knows how the long message-feature works? Can you send to other than Ericssonphones? And how does this work?

The "long messages" is primarily used for
a) sending SMS more than 160 characters
b) sending EMS messages
c) to be able to receive Nokia picture messages

ive been told by the service center here, that we can forward the picture messgaes in the new update , i mean MMS updtae..
but not sure yet..

aronoldc: what I tried to say, how will the long messages behave if you eg. sent one from T68 to Nokia. Will the recipient get 4 seperate SMS or will the message appeare in one SMS?

@johanch, sorry i misread. on a non-EMS phone (like nokia) it is not able to "assemble" the long message into one, so yes you get separate SMS messages.
