Hi guys, so my K850 has once again chosen to kill itself, this time it was just sitting its box. Took it out the other day just to take a pic or two, but when trying to boot it up i got the good ol' Blue Ring of Death, 4th time now. Last time it did this i revived it myself, and so made sure to keep those files (Main, FS and Cust.) for WHEN it gets BROD again, so just an hour ago i decided to try revive it once again just like i did last time , with A2Uploader (rwf) ,but whilest flashing it ,it stops half way, and says "Cant read NET Header" or something like that, then it gets this red light where the power key is and it disconnects itself from the USB, so i try boot it up and now i dont get BROD at all, i get NOTHING, it doesnt respond at all, i tried again to reflash but same happens over and over again, so what id like to know is is my K850 completely gone or is there a way to fix this???
Thanx in advance for the help.

Your K850 died already? How old is it?
What i like about sony ericsson is that it doesn't want to prove anything... it's more like a lifestyle

Have you tried the 2 and 5 buttons instead of the C button ? Puts the phone into and emergency flash mode.

Make sure the phone battery is charged.
Sometimes that happens when the battery is dead.

You need another K850 or a phone with the same battery to do that, if the K850 has the BROD it wont charge.

Thanx again guys.
Coquito
It charges it JUST enough to flash, when i plugged the charger in to it,it responded and showed BROD again, left it like that for 15mins then went to the PC, plugged in and flashed it, after flash i had to charge it, only had 4% batt left, just finished charging a few mins ago, its running just fine now. Thanx a lot! just going to load modded cam driver and acoustics into it and im done.

GUCCI.011

so what is the manufacturing date of your K850:?

I have a 08W13 (13-th week), so i never see BROD.
there was some rumours, that earlier dates (espesially 2007 year manufactured ) - was many "bad" K850"s.
imho...
and make shure you have latest stable R1FA035 firmware
