in the phillipines,they trick the network providers,n browse 4 free.try downldng opera min mod 2.06.this opera version will allow u to browse 4 free,but u need 2 do some changes on the configurations.

Try to dowlaod opera mini 4.2 multi Mode and choose the costume server then write this server :a free site that you can browse for free + an opera server - ex : wap.google.com.server4.operamini.com:8080 |
