Guys I bought a bluespoon headset which worked out to be the worst thing I did.Ok I am from Bombay and our country does have some strict rules to shipping back and forth if you do not want them to elvy duty on goods gone for repair I told them I would have it sent from the EU but they were not really interested, thats not how the bluespoon people should be.......SNOBBISH TO NO END.I did tell them that the bluespoon stopped working(2 months old) and it was not dropped or any of the so,so they would change it but it was said in a very unfriendly voice and it was a discrimination.
People unless in EU be carefull very carefull

I live in the US and I ordered mine from Nextlink (Bluespoon manufacturer) and have only good things to say. The sales rep at Nextlink has been very helpful and provided excellent customer service. I am surprised to hear about your case.

How did they discriminate you? This can be very serious if true.

Just by saying because you are in BOMBAY INDIA its not really very good for support and stuff like that does this mean people only in the EU can buy this product. Its not right of them to do a thing like this. This came from a person very high up in the company.

Well, I have only good things to say about Nextlink. To, the company that makes the Bluespoons.

I live in Asia, and bought mine from Pilcon in Denmark about a month ago. Unfortunately, the unit I got was defective. I sent an email to Nextlink and they responded right away. I sent just the headset back to Nextlink directly, and they sent me a replacement unit by DHL almost immediately.

You may just have been unlucky, or got someone on a bad day at the office. Give them another chance.

Best,

C
