Ive just read that she died last year was she the one that plays "Amy" in Hollyoaks or is she someone else?
ive looked everywhere "Amys" actual name is "Ashley Slanina Davies" the press are going about calling her "Amy"

Well im dead confused Ashley aka Amy Barnes in Hollyoaks is someone else to the person who also in Hollyoaks her real name Army barnes like the above?
the pictures are totally different, the person who has died if the case who did she play in Hollyoaks :?
or am I just in right to think that Ashley Slanina davies has died and there using a
different photo and her Hollyoaks on screen name :?

Further reading indicates that the media has messed up again. The only thing that the two people shave in common is a name. One is the actual persons name (the one who died) and the other is a fictional character played by Ashely Slanina-Davies

Ashley Slanina Davies hasn't been on Hollyoaks for ages, she left after she had the baby on Hollyoaks it's a shame if it was her, her Boyfriends a Pr***

Ashley Slanina-Davis was written out of the show after her character (Amy Barnes) gave birth to Lucas. Her character went to live with her grandmother. This was so that Ashley could concentrate on her exams as is currently recording new scenes for Hollyoaks.
If Amyleigh Barnes was in Hollyoaks it was just a bit part. Its amazing how many people use it as a claim to stardom and put things like this on their CV's. Even if its just something like a character in the background sitting at a table they say they starred in this or that programe.
I have a friend who's been doing walk on's and one liners in soaps for years now (Eastenders,Brookside,Emmerdale etc) and according to him you wouldn't believe some peoples ego's just because they've had probably a second or more on a set.
