When I switch my Pc on, I am getting the option to run CHKDSK. This is happening quite alot recently, and was wondering if my hard drive is on its way out.

It's probs asking you to, ahem, Run CHKDSK, but don't
Run the following command:
CHKDSK /r
That will run any repairs reqd, and have the install disk in at the time

So your saying once the Pc has booted, type CHKDSK /r into the Run box, and make sure I have the install disk installed into the drive.
