Once installed just use windows explorer to find the file you want to send to the phone, turn IR on the phone on, line it up with the actisys and then right click the file and choose send to, then choose a nearby computer. For a bluetooth option I use the Sony PCGA-BA1 http://www.sonystyle-europe.com which is designed for use with the VAIOs and comes with their BLUESPACE software. This will allow you to transfer files via bluetooth and also synch your phone (assuming you have the SE/XTEND software installed) Other than this you will need a cable and I can't help you there.
