Can any of you guys out there help me with a problem. I recently obtained a T68 from a friend as he did not use it anymore as it had an intermittant problem with the ear-piece (and he wanted a S*msung T100 anyway). Sometimes the callers voice is distorted. Looking around the forums I noticed that the manufacture date is on the back of the phone. This one is 02W20 I assume that this means Week 20 of 2002. As the phone is less than 1 year old will SE repair it even although I do not have a receipt of purchase ? ANy help would be appreciated. |

yes... however... some servicepoints asks for receipt when brought in for service anyway... but this should normally not be necessary if the phone is within 15 months from production date...
