This subject has probably been done lots of times but as i'm new to here,i'm sorry.
My phone has started crashing at time i.e while on a call it sometimes swithches off also when connecting to the pc it will crash and sometimes reboot itself is there a fix for this crashing problem and if so is there a complete idiots guide for me to do this myself  |

you're maybe running an old version of its firmware. you better update your firmware version and you'll be almost bugs-free.
