Need Help on Bluetooth connectivity issue. |

I just bought a new phone model is SonyEricsson W995 and encounter 1 major problem during connectivity thru my toshiba laptop M300-D4313. I want to transfer my data from laptop to phone thru bluetooth it prompt out "Service discovery failed". It can detect my phone but cannot connect and transfer, I try to connect with other phone it work. Again I connect my phone to my others laptop also can work. Only this new laptop M300-D4313 can't connect with my new phone w995. Have any solution to solve this issue?? Seeking for your help. Thanks!! |

check your laptop's bluetooth settings.

Check already but is still can't work on w995, and I had test with other phone model it can work... |

check that your bluetooth drivers are installed or not. if that is ok then try to connect from laptop, first send any file from laptop to phone. then it will work, once if ask you for pair then pair them to connect automatically next time.
