Hi guys,
I just got a w810i phone from a friend but it has some serious problems.I think that are serious.The thing is that atm i can't afford another phone and another one i don't have and i really need a phone.
Here's what happened.
I just got the phone,and i tried to turn it on.I saw that does nothing.I thought that the battery is empty.I went home to recharge it but when i insert the power charger a red light turns on and nothing else happends.I left for a few hours to charge but no help.No reaction at all from the phone.
I switched the battery with another one from a K310i.The battery was full but still no reaction from the phone.I left the battery inside and i plugged the power cord.Only then i saw a first reaction from the phone.It turns on,but only for a few moments and all i can see is a white screen and that's it.It shows the white screen for a couple of sec and turns off.If i press the back button the screen gets back on and then off for ever.
So,the phone reacts only with the battery from the K310, with the power cord plugged.
If i unplug the power cord and try turning on the phone from the button nothing happends.
I tried connecting it to PC.Without the power cord inserted i get no connection to PC.And i tried this:I plugged in the power cord untill i saw the white screen appearing,and then quickly switch the power cord with the data cable.For a second the PC gets the error:USB DEVICE NOT RECOGNIZED!I tried taking out battery,leave it for 5 min,insert back the battery,hold C while connecting the cable.The same error appears.As a matter of fact,only when i hold the C button the error appears,if i connect normally no response from the PC.So...no way to connect it to any reflashing programs.I tried installing the latest SEUS,PC Suite and all that but nothing.I don't manage to power on the phone on its own,with the battery,i have to give it a small impulse from the power cord and only then i can connect it to the PC.
And this is all i can get from the phone.I really like the phone and i wanna get it to work.
Is there any solution to get the phone working?
