I kind of got myself in a bit of trouble last week; I ordered a Nokia N97 SIM-free from Nokia's online store. Two days later I had heard nothing on shipment status even though the site said next day shipment. I rang them, and they had no idea when it would be shipped, so I cancelled it. Despite being assured it was cancelled, the phone turned up two days later. However, as I thought the order was cancelled, I had bought one on guaranteed next day delivery from Expansys. So now I have two phones, and I'm down £500. Nokia will take the phone back, but the refund takes A MONTH 
I figured I'd offer the phone on here before going down the refund route. I don't mind losing a little of my outlay; as I'm going on holiday next week and I'd used some of my spending money, so I'd like to claw as much as possible back before going on holiday.
What condition is the phone in?
The phone is unlocked to all and unbranded, brand new in box. It is the black model. I believe it's made in Finland, but I'd need to check this later. I have opened the box to look at the phone, but so far, nothing has been taken out of the box. Of course, should there be any interest, I'll take the contents out of the box and take some photos.
What's in the box?

- Cleaning cloth
- Charger
- USB cable
- Charger adaptor
- Manual
- Ovi CD
- Headphones & remote control
- £20 voucher for the Nokia Music Store
What am I looking for?
As I say, I don't mind taking a hit on this - to a certain extent. This cost me £499 plus shipping from Nokia, and I can get that back, but I'd have to wait a month for it. In order to save me from borrowing that on my credit cards for my holiday, I'm willing to let this go for £425 delivered. Payment is by bank transfer only. There are no trades on this, obviously. Please, I'd appreciate it if people didn't start sending me PMs with offers - I'm afraid £425 is the lowest I can go on this.
Photos will be up tonight if there is anyone genuinely interested. As I say, I'm just seeing if there's any interest. If not, I'll send it back to Nokia for a full refund. Thanks!
