i have sony ericsson k610i , and i would like to remove the camera driver so the camera will be no longer active.
or if there is some software i cane download into my cell that cancel the camera.

Why would you want to do that? 
If you really must then use XS++ to delete camdriver0.dat in ifs/settings/camera

Perhaps he works in a place that doesn't allow cameras... |

i didn't mannage to accses my phone with the xs++ 3.1, the program showa massage saying the connection failure and it didn't suceed to open a comunication port.
i download usbflashing driver.
does any one can help me?
i would really like a program in jar that will do that otomaticlly, so i can delete/ retrive the camdriver from my phone.

Not possible with java! Lol. Install flash drivers then use XS++.
