please help..
i have install the "DirectX 9.0 SDK" and "Navidia SDK" but then..
the GAME doesnt work..
the Direct 3D isn't available..
please how i can FORMAT our pc..
so that i can play games here..
anyOne whO knOws abOut these problem..
please help me..
just pOst the step by step prOcedure then i wiLL do that..
please help..

You need the Directx 9 runtime, not the SDK 
Click here to download
Although the SDK package does also contain the runtime. Do you have a genuine copy of windows or a naughty one?

Directx runtime is what the game needs to work properly.
If you can not install directx runtime on your computer, it could be because you have an illegal copy of windows instead of one which has been paid for properly.
If you do not have an illegal copy of windows, then the link that I gave you should work and install the correct version of directx for you. After that, if your computer is good enough, the game should then work.

Yes. download and install directx runtime, then switch the computer off and then on again. If all is OK, then the game should work.
If directx runtime will not download, then you have an illegal version of windows. if directx downloads and installs, but the game does not work, then you have one of many different problems with your PC.

You might need to reformat the PC but there could be other problems, such as:
Does the PC have a good enough graphics card for the game?
Does it have the latest and correct graphics drivers?
What version of windows are you using? XP? Vista?
If you click 'Start' then 'run', type in dxdiag and press enter, you will see a window that tells you some information about Directx on your PC. This might help you find out exactly what is wrong.

i have downloaded the RUNTIME..
but then..
the DIrect 3D in'st available..
please give me a DirectX SDK file that has a manufacturer and other complete details.. |

I'm sorry, but I don't understand. The Directx SDK is for programmers to use when writing games. If you just want to play the game, then you don't need the SDK as far as I know.
You cannot download the Directx SDK from Microsoft unless you are a member of the Microsoft Developer Network. To join, you have to be a programmer and you have to pay a lot of money!

even if i install what u have said..
the DIrect 3D is still on "not available" hmm..
is there anything that i can do??

run dxdiag as I explained in my earlier post. That might tell you what the problem is. Also, look for Directx in windows control panel (Start - Control Panel).
Other than that, I don't think I can help you because I would need to be able to examine your PC myself

system tools
system information
on system in window , at the menu goto tools and you can find
directx diagnostic tool
