my k800i usb port and camara not working. HELP! |

Please my SE K800i USB port just stop working for about two months now, i have been using the bluetooth to connect to pc. Recently the camara just stop working if i open the camara the red flash light that supose come-up is not not coming up... in that my phone cannot take pictures or record a video.
Please did anybody have and idea for the solution or what might be the cause for it.

no! it has not been droped...
i went out with my phone one rainy evening i don't knw if water has mistakenly enterthe phone somehow. |

make a camera test. go to the service menu, service tests and then select camera
do this: > * < < * < *
< = joystick left
> = joystick right
* = asterisk key

I HAVE RUN THE TEST
THE RED LIGHT IS STILL NOT SHOWIN WHEN I SELECT THE CAMARA IN THE TEST MENU AND THE FLASH IS NOT WORKING.
WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW?

when in camera test you cant take pics.
maybe it's a bug in the firmware. can you check the version please?

your running the latest. maybe it's got damaged due to the rain you mentioned.

the usb is not working so i can't it with my pc...

doesnt it work on any computer you connect it to? try a master reset to see if it solves the problem.

i hav done the master reset but it's still not working...
