Updated w960 firmware - now phone is busted! |

Hello,
Today I used the SEUS to update the firmware on my W960i.
The update went all the way through the installation process only to give me the message "installation failed - please retry".
When I connect the phone back to SEUS i get the message 'phone not recognised' and I cannot switch the phone on. When powering the phone on all that I get is the white keyboard light and nothing else.
So....any ideas on how to fix this without returning the phone to SE? Is there a way to put the firmware on to the phone without using the SEUS and if so, what do i use and where do I get the software/firmware?!
Any help on this will be very warmly received!!!

well, try to take the batt out for some seconds. recharge it if needed. then try again the SEUS. SEUS is the only way to get our phones updated...for free.
