'Boys Over Flowers' actress models new Sony Ericsson phone

SINGAPORE – An actress from the hit Korean television drama “Boys Over Flowers” and an internationally acclaimed illusionist graced Sony Ericsson’s Ultimate Entertainment Adventure media launch Wednesday.
Lee Min Jung, Sony Ericsson’s brand model in Korea, modeled her C903 cyber-shot phone before members of the press.
“I have been very busy these days but I have such a great time doing the shots with C903,” said the actress. She played the role of Ha Jae Kyung, the main character Jun Pyo's (Lee Min Ho) fiancée in the drama series.
The cyber-shot phone has a 5.0 megapixel camera with up to 16x digital zoom. It comes in with high tech features like photo fix, picture and video blogging, auto focus, smile shutter, face detection, BestPic, photo flash, video recording, image and video stabilizer and Snapfish.
“It looks like a camera and I use it everyday. It’s very easy to use. My friends thought that this is a camera,” she said.
C903 has three colors that every fashionista could choose from to capture a memorable moment. Its main screen is 2.4 inches in size and the phone weighs 96 grams.
“The Sony Ericsson C903 is perfect! I can take photos of family, friends and fans anytime, anywhere,” she said.
“The Sony Ericsson C903 fits my lifestyle. It’s slim, stylish and easy to use! It also comes in a variety of colors to suit my outfit or mood for the day,” she added. The C903 will be available next month.
SE's Satio
Meanwhile, street magician Cyril Takayama was at the event not only to entertain the media. He was there to share his experiences with the use of Sony Ericsson’s top communication and entertainment technology, the “Satio”.
“I’m able to personify the entertainment brand attributes of Sony Ericsson through my unique brand of storytelling that entertains and captivates audiences across the region,” said Cyril.
During the event, Cyril thrilled the audience by performing some of his magic tricks including the “Matrix” move that captivated the crowd.
The French Japanese magician has toured more than 35 cities throughout Japan and is know for his “street magic”.
Cyril said that the new Satio will further help him spread happiness to more people across the region.
“I’m delighted to be able to collaborate my magic with Sony Ericsson today to show off the ultimate best-in-class experience for consumers,” said Cyril.
The Satio offers the ultimate multimedia experience to consumers. It has a 12.1 megapixel phone, a 3.5 inch, crystal clear 16:9 widescreen format screen. It is the very first Sony Ericsson phone to offer ninth High Definition (nHD) gaming. The Satio will be available in the fourth quarter.
Cyril, who filmed his 15th Japanese primetime television special for Fuji TV will soon be appearing in his international debut television special on AXN Asia starting November 2009.
