As the topic states, it has gone back for repair again

I sent it back with the earpiece problem and it recovered from that. But now, it has a screen problem.

I turn the phone on and the screen seems to be working fine, but I slide the slider up and all the colours seem to distort, pretty badly. Sometimes the screen just goes completely black. I don't want to have to get rid of my phone, I love the C905, but if I have anymore issues like this where I have to send it to be repaired, I may go all out and just buy a new generation iPhone.

By the way, if anyone can shed any light on the issue I am having, it would be good to read.

Sounds like there's a problem with the slider connector band between the 2 parts of the phone. My friend, she has a C905 and had the same problem. Sent it to repair as well.

I had the same problem with my C905 about 3 weeks into owning it. They did a 1 on 1 exchange of the phone for me. But I sold the phone after I got it back

Is a simple problem... The phone was badly assembled and the conector was not well fitted.

I wouldn't expect to get a new phone. I bought it from play.com, so if there is problems it will have to go back to the repair centre all the time.

I just want the damn thing to work properly.

The K850 and some C905s seem to repeat the early p990 story... but with hardware problems this time..

Actually I liked the W995 but it seems to have software issues too... Hope they will be fixed so I can get the phone before it becomes an old model...
