Application errors/crashes on k800 |

Very similar to the problems this guy had:

With multiple copies of applications, unable to launch/delete them. The phone also crashes to an alternating white/black screen occasionally which can only be rectified by taking the battery out and resetting.
Anyway, I got as far as downloading XS++, installing the flash drivers, connecting the phone to the software. Now I'm a bit lost. I've had a search around on the forums and I can't really decide what to do next or what's right for my particular phone config. I'm completely new to this so I wondered if one of you would be kind enough to point me in the right direction for getting this sorted.
I get the following report from XS++ on connecting my phone:

I'd be incredibly grateful if someone could point out which files I need to download/flash and where I can get them, if possible. The phone was serviced by SE last year after it refused to start.

XS++ is not compatable with your phone, only FAR + JDFlasher. Seeing as you're already CID53 use SEUS to reflash.

Hi,
Thanks for the message. I downloaded SEUS and updated my phone to the latest softwre. It's been fully reset and works fine.
