try mo yung File Lock na app sa GetJar.com pinapalitan nya yung extension file ng image (or kahit anong file mo sa pone) tas hindi na xa maviview, but you can return it back to original para maview xa ulet.
or another option try mu palitan yung attributes ng file.. gaain mong hidden para hindi xa makita..

Gamit ka bro ng file explorer,just open f.explorer then locate mo yung file na ihahide mo then click options>properties>click hidden and voila ! Hidden na yan..
Kung ayaw mong f.explorer pwede din moby explorer, pareho lang naman yun gagawin..dl mo n lang sa getjar.com..
