internet connection probles with omnia |

Hi,
It looks that you guys know a lot about cell phones.
Here's my question.
I've got an I900 omnia samsung from France. I'm from Montreal Canada. Here we have Rogers.
My issue is that I do connect to Rogers, I get my email, my spb weather program updates,
but opera, Iexplorer, google maps, live search, msn weather and all the ''internet'' related programs
are not working. The web browsers trying to connect and trying and trying and nothing. I asked them for proxy
settings they said not needed. I have all the settings but is doesn't want to work.
I'm payng 25$ and I can't use the internet.
Any body has any idea what to do. I've called rogers the say call samsung and you know the story.

Ok did your built in browser connecting to internet? If yes, you need to change your java internet settings for your mobile because the applications are java based,which will be available from your operator,if no then call samsung. |

I called them and the say I can't do it. BS!
Would you know anything about it? I have the Omnia i900. I'll check on the net too.
