Why is the UK so slow in porting numbers between networks? In Ireland Vodafone,3 & O2 customers are able to transfer their numbers within 20 minutes  I only just found this out and though I am from there I aint lived there since I was a baby though I do visit. I never knew they could do that so quick. Why cant the UK do such a thing? Wow though 20 mins thats grand

I knew the UK was meant to be speeding up the number porting process, but 20mins is just astonishing. Just goes to prove how the networks over here delay things as much as possilbe as a stalling tactic. |

Yes indeed and to think the networks doing it in Ireland are Vodafone O2 and 3 so its the same companies here. Why? Not sure if you can do it on Meteor network over there. Must ask one of my family over there
