[HELP]K750i camera problem |

hi guys,i really got in to a problem that i hope you people can help me out with.i own a k750i which is not flashed yet.yesterday when i tried to take a picture by opening the lens cover,the very first full black screen appeared on the display as usual, but then i noticed that the phone got hung.
then i tried to open the camera from the menu,but it doesnt even prompt to open the lens cover.again it hangs.plz help me out... |

try to turn off your phone and pull the battery about 3 minutes, maybe there's obstructing the lens?

papz,, just a suggestion, if ur cp is new and still has the warranty, try to bring it at nearest se center and let them update your firmware.. if not, try to update via seus... maybe ur firmware were outdated and have lots of bug....u can find some tips on the firmware section of this site..sotty for the grammar and spelling, just practising...

Nahematthew, i think the lens cover is not yet opened properly, try to close it back and spray with wd40, then open again. There you go. Buti nalang hindi ka Nahimatthay...mwahahahaha...joke lang...
