cliphering turned off???

sadguy Joined: Jan 20, 2003 Posts: 3 PM	Posted: 2003-01-20 21:01 whenever i recieve a call on my t68m, and when i press yes, the call is connected, but i get the error message "chiphering turned off!" on the display for 3 secs and then disspaears.. what is causing this error and what does it mean and how do i correct this?
