whenever i recieve a call on my t68m, and when i press yes, the call is connected, but i get the error message "chiphering turned off!" on the display for 3 secs and then disspaears..
what is causing this error and what does it mean and how do i correct this?

it's not an error....

ciphering is used to prevent wiretapping....

most network providers have ciphering on at all time while others has functions in their network that switch ciphering on/off automatically...

it is possible to switch off ciphering, but this can only be done by a servicepoint.
