My Dad is pursuing a court case for White Finger, which is a result of working on jackhammers etc. He turned up at court last week, only for it to be adjourned, but he was unhappy, that both his, and the oppositions doctor turned up to court together. Is this ok to happen, in the eyes of the law?

Thanks Paul

if you go by the book, it is perfectly legal for both the doctors to be living together!!!
but if you are asking moraly, i would rather think fishy...
pay close attention to what kind of statements the doctor is making...
if he is getting softened up, you know what the matter is..........
and if he is going too hyper excited, kind of giving you too high hopes... then fishy too..

in short, notice for changes...
but dont worry, ur dad'll be okay, and justice shall prevail!
