Why should it vibrate whilst charging? There is no need to feel it ring when you dont have it in your pocket.

I think the "pulse type" vibe on it is good, i don`t know of a phone in existance that vibes when charging, it would vibe all over the table then fall off the edge. |

...well, it doesn't make a whole lotta sense, unless you have an electrical outlet attached to your body... 
Or if you want to make the P800 leap out of the cradle every time someone's calling you...
