The "J" key of my SE P1i is not working.
I heard my friend says that a hard reset will solve this.
But I don't know how to do a hard reset for P1i.
Can anyone please teach me?
Or is there any way to solve this problem? |

maybe it's a hardware issue. have you dropped your phone lately?
