I cant get wlan to work on my p1i every other device can connect fine. Problem is i get ip 169. Router is WGR614V9. Can any one please help |

Maybe the router is set to I only. Remember the p1 is B only.

yeah the 802.11 version/frequency is important. P1 is only compatible with WIFI 802.11 B networks, so G, N and etc... won't be detected with the phone.
