I want to choose between the C905 or W705 as a transition phone before getting the W995,I have read that the W705 doesn't have the ''Torch'' application, but its big bro the G705 has it!
I have seen too that people could enable hidden options and apps via A2 Uploader like people getting SMS chat style on their G705 ,so is there a way to enable Torch light in W705? |

Alter the phone's menu.ml to include 'Light' in the 'Organiser' app list, can't see why it wouldn't work, people have done it with other models......

I've had the W705 and W715 (with GPS) and it doesn't feel as nice as the C905. It feels a lot cheaper, and video playback wasn't as fast (and jerky if using A2DP for audio). The camera on the W705 is also terrible. I mean, really bad. The flash may as well not be there. It's hard to turn on and is just a light - not a flash!
BUT, the C905 has all sorts of hardware issues and the W705 works very well in Walkman mode and has excellent sound (and excellent earphones in the box). It also has the same sized screen and is easy to use - and slimmer.
So, I am not sure I can really anwer your question after all of that - but I would probably still go for the C905 overall - but only one that is of a build that isn't likely to break.

I got the C905 finally!
I need a good camera for swimming pool spy pics
Anyway I will ask the same question this time for the C905: can we add the Torch app via menu.ml ?
I know that we have to open the lens cover, but once opened I can use the Torch app like the K850,no?

When you open it, just go to video mode and turn on the flashlight. That's hardly complicated.

Except then it turns the light of a few moments later so it becomes a race suddenly. |

I remember adding the torch function to my c510 just editing the customize. I found it in sense.
