Ok I wanted to know if any one knows he difference between the R1FA037_RED52 and R1FA035_RED52 Firmware? is there any place where I can look at a change log for the firmware that SE has for this model phone?

R1FA037 is a branded version of R1FA035 so there is no improvement. In fact I would recommend you 035 for it's the original version.
