E-books in SE walkman 3.0 ? |

Hi
In SE walkman 3.0 ( and probably also in early versions ) there is a "e-book" mode/reader under "music".
Do the e-books need to be in a specific file format ? When I choose it, I get the message "no files". My files are in mp3. Or do I have to create a folder with a specific name to put the e-books in?

use this program to convert mp3 to audio book format .m4b
http://www.freeipodsoftware.com/
when its converted just place it in the music folder and the phone recognizes it as audio book
