The thing is if i buy a phone from someone off ebay and it's an unwanted contract upgrade couldn't they get the phone barred or blocked or can the network operator bar the phone if they found out that the person had sold it on? it's something that i need someone to answer asap as i might be buying a C905 off ebay but wanted to ask about this before making a bid.
