my sony ericsson k200i cannot receive any message but can send. also once i try to read messages stored in phone memory ..i only see "failed" help i.e how to restore manufacture settings of the phone? U can also email me to my address kombodomnque@yahoo.com

Try a master reset settings first, if no joy try a full reset.

(menu - settings - general - master reset)
