I have already tried restore factory setting with the code *#7370# but it only changed settings. It could not format my phone memory. Can anyone give solution? jms2367 Joined: Jun 13, 2003 Posts: 302 From: The Philippines PM Posted: 2009-05-05 08:29 power off hte phone. then simultaneously press the following keys: asterisk (*) key + green send key + number three (3) key then turn on the power while simultaneously holding the keys above. don't let go until the nokia logo appears for newer models or the formatting status bar appears for older models. make sure that your phone has sufficient charge.
