By system files you mean tpa, ifs, etc?

Use the FSX function in XS++ if you are CID52 or use FAR + JDF for CID53.
If you want to see them whilst using the phone then you'll need to patch it with IronMaster's 'Advanced File Manager' patch. Or to view them with JAVA then 'Full access to FS with java' patch.
