Found out today that Carphone now offer customers pay & go upgrades. What this means is now when you buy a phone from them you can put any top up on your existing number and not a new sim which is more fair. Perhaps though i should have got more info weather or not they offer discounts for existing Carphone customers. But doing the £10 top up on your existing number ends the annoying new sim and number and wasted £10 everytime. Though i know some networks allow you to transfer the credit. Phones 4 U let you do that. |

CPW have been doing this for ages, on O2 at least.

i got my wife a t303 from CPW on an upgrade.
should have been £39+£10 top up,got it for £39 with no to up+£17 credit to my phone.
o2 also do pay and go upgrades-% of your top ups off the price of phone.

They do it on all networks. I never knew if it was new or not cos i had not bought from them for a while till yesterday. Good though
