Last week my T39 stoped working, I pressed the "No" button it beeped but then nothing more would happen. I went to a service point and after 2 days they told me that the phone had no possible fix and that I would have to spend €194 on a new unit, since I didn't had that amount of money to spend on the phone I just took it home and started thinking of what I would by... In the meanwhile a friend from work told me the story of guy that had fixed is T68 just by giving an alcool bath to the mainboard of the phone, so I did the same and my T39 is now working.
I think that the guys at the SP only made a firmware upgrade since I had version R1A and now it has R2M. |
