Got an LG CCL-250 case for sale which I've had for 1 week. Made to fit the LG Renoir. Box has been opened but I prefer my CCL-240 pouch as it holds a stylus as well.
The CCL-250 can hold the phone while you use it. The front cover flips down and has a cut out for the speaker. Rear of the case has cut outs for the camera, flash and focus light. All side buttons are accessable so the phone can be charged etc while still in the case.
