Hi All,
I was just wondering if any of the above providers would change these meters to a Pay Monthly meter without having to pay £50/£100 upfront?
im currently with npower and I feel they have conned me cos they told me I would be able to switch my meter over when I joined, now there telling me I have to wait 12mths then they will remove my PAYG meter free for a Pay Monthly meter or cough up the above charge now
How crap is that.. think is I wouldn't mind my Prepay meter but the shop where it's located to top is a bus route away and the neighbourhood is full of chavs I just hate going there
Does anyone know if theres anything I can do to get npower on my side and change my meter now without having to pay that fee?
Please let me know
Kerry

Yep. Agree totally with Luke. I was with npower a while ago and discovered they're a bunch robbin' b******s. Demand they change the meters immediately or you will change supplier. |
