iPhone Connection to iTunes Prob

gbu Joined: Dec 02, 2007 Posts: 38 PM	Posted: 2009-04-19 22:39 I have just got an iPhone and trying to connect it to my PC and Itunes It goes through the installing driver process but says theres a problem. When i go into device manager there's a yellow icon next to it and and it seems the drivers arent installed properly. I have attached pics below for you to see. I have been through apples support but i cant seem to find any help for this. I know the phones ok because it works on my wifes laptop and connects straight away so the problem seems to be on my PC Im running XP with SP3 Posted this some place else but had no joy, hopefully someone here can help out Many thanks

Yes was installed first for my wifes iShuffle but had same problem with that also., have since uninstalled/reinstalled latest version, still no joy What is the exact error message you are getting? Theres was a problem installing this hardware APPLE MOBILE DEVICE USB DRIVER This device cannot start (code 10) What version of iTunes do you have or are you installing? Latest 8.1.1.10 If it is a problem installing iTunes, is it from a CD or the net? Net download I have 6 USB ports and tried them all and all give same message.
