Hi ;
I had a problem in my C905, when i create shortcuts, suddenly after i do email pulling the phone restart and all the shortcuts and the speed dials are lost, and i can't create the speed dial again, but i can create the shortcuts, but it always restarted after pulling my emails.

i thought i can flash the FW, but i don't know how to do this as i don't know what i need to have from the FW point of view, i know that i need to have A2uploader in addition to the firmware but i have problem in downloading the A2 as my Macafee is always deleting them and i can access Macafee to stop it, so i don't know other softwares that can do this. also for the FW i don't know what versions i should have and how to get them.

Also, i tried software update services, but it says that my phone is on the latest version, i tried from the phone itself, also says the same thing.

i hope someone can help me

you can backup everything first, including pushed emails, with MyPhoneExplorer.

That's because games and apps don't have to be backed up if they are on the memory card, you just have to reinstall them after flashing. The emails should be on the messages tab.

EDIT: you may also want to make sure that your pulled emails are saved on the memory card.

Try the off-battery out-battery in-on routine after master resetting?

Still not good? Then it may be something wrong with the phone's software, you should try to reflash.
