you can debrand/rebrand/flash, but no unlocking that I've seen as yet.

already debranded, Good Heavens! It was awful! It even lacked the multimedia access!
It looks perfect now.Faster and SE original.Cost: 10e.
I have found some imei unlock for 20e minimum.
