Fuzzy photos on K850i |

Hi there,
I am having camera troubles with my K850i. It used to work good (only in daylight), but now the edges of the photos become very fuzzy, especially where the edges of say the sky and a solid object (say a building) meet. It also seems to be in focus in the middle of pictures, and loses focus away from the centre of the image. Please see a sample photo at the link below.
Camera settings (although I've tried many settings and get the same crappy results) - white balance set to cloudy, ISO at 100, picture quality set to fine, set at 5MP, auto scene setting, flash forced off. Other settings as default.

Any assistance on how to fix this would be appreciated. |

Clean the lens & light sensor. |

Cleaned the light sensor (that's the small black hole under the flash?) and the plastic lens cover, but no improvement in photos. Still very noisy, and fuzzy off-centre. Any other ideas, or should I just buy a cheap digi camera which would take heaps better photos? My K850i used to take good photos...
