Hi,

Just updated my firmware.
Version: 1205-9079 R1DA032 090204

I have these listed under:
Organiser - Applications:
AccuWeather.com
Photo Mate
Slideshow Wall
Walk Mate
Wayfinder 7
World Clock 3D
YouTube

Location Services:
Google Maps
Navigation
Tracker
My Favourites
Status Info
Log
Settings

I have to say, with this new version I find that using the GPS is much easier - google maps seems much happier than before, and wayfinder is speaking to me and everything
Battery life *seems* to be better.

I'd still like an option to hide the text preview when listing text messages - it seems to force show the first line, whereas my K800i can be set to just show who the text is from.

Floob.

To check firmware version, go to: Settings > General > Update service > Software version.

My applist is just like yours. This morning I tested the Google Maps from the 6th floor of my 38-floor apartment complex (lots of high rise buildings btw) and it pinpointed my location in 4 seconds. Not bad.

About the texts, I kinda prefer to be able to read the first line preview, but you can set to arrange texts by contact so you can quickly manage messages from different contacts. Very handy if you have multiple GFs
