That all depends where u are and what network ur on.
Here in the UK, FOTA is not available due to the networks disabling it. Any attempt to look for update here will result in a 'You already have the latest update' message even if u have very dated firmware.

I live here in the uk.so i cant use this feature then? Im on the 3 network. My firmware was last updated

fota means the settings in ur se phone so u can do a update though ur phone (u will have to pay wap charges )
