C905 Phone Help!
Hi, I just got a new C905 off ebay, and had some minor problems with it, that the manual suggested a master reset. Which I performed. Now when I boot up the phone it just goes into PLEASE WAIT screen forever!
I can't do anything. I found the SEUS and installed that, that procedure works but it says my phone is up to date. After some more reading I found this A2Uploader software to check the settings on the phone. I thought I might have to changed the CID to get an update via SEUS. When I used the identify function I got the following data:

I tried replacing the existing customize.xml in /tpa/presets/custom and put in a customize_upgrade.xml with the following informatio:
1209-4778
But after reboot the phone still shows the same information as above.
I'm totally new to this, but wanted to do some research before asking questions. But now I am kinda stuck/don't want to toast my phone. Does anyone have any ideas whatI should do? I just want a nice engligh phone that will work in Canada/US.
I also looked at the log file in /tpa/presets and besides the date being all wrong I found the following interesting information at the end of the file:

Please let me know if you have ideas! I can provide output from files on the phone if that will help.

Did you remember to install the new customize upgrade file by booting up the phone before using SEUS?

Try to reflash your phone with A2 uploader. Get correct Main file in*.mbn format and FS file in *.fbn format and customization. Put them into A2 uploader and click "flash". it should help. |

I tried rebooting then checking the identify function in a2uploader but it doesn't change! it still has the same info .. the file I uploaded called Customize_upgrade.xml is as foolows: (without the !)
