Hello all,

I recently purchased the o2 simplicity rolling contract.

My only problem is that everytime I've had the o2 web/mms settings sent to my phone i try to save it, and an error message comes up saying "Not Enough Memory. Settings discarded".

I've checked both Sim/Phone memory and there seems to be sufficient memory there.

Anyone know what the problem maybe.

Thanks, Rajiv.

it'll be the memory of the settings. try to see what your phone has in the internet settings, perhaps the o2 postpay internet is already there?

or you could manually enter the settings here:

http://www.filesaveas.com/gprs.html

and here:

Manually entering them won't help if the phone's profiles are full.

Would help if you'd told us what phone it is first, but generally it's a case of going into your GPRS and MMS settings independantly and deleting all the current profiles, then go to O2's website and get the settings sent again.

Failing that, it's a software fault with your phone, common problem with some SE's and Nokia's.
My opinions on this forum are that of my own and not of the company I work for.

You can also text the word ACTIVE to 2020 to get settings free of charge from you mobile. Just remember to switch phone off and on once installed settings. But it does look like a case of deleting some old profile internet settings from you phone.
