the bbc just announced that google have recieved complaints and had to remove many street-view images off it. Probably privacy issues
AND while looking for the news article i found this:
"Where's Wally?
If you do happen to take a look at Street View keep your eyes open for a familiar face - Wally from Where's Wally? is hidden in the maps somewhere."

Wheres Wally has been found outside an O2 shop in Putney on Googles maps. In Glasgow there is one bit where they have caught someone driving with their kid sat on their lap steering. How about this caught in bristol:
