I got the R1D011.
And there is a newer version out now. The R1F0xx
The change between R1D and R1B isn't very big. The startup and shutdown sounds is gone. |

No that's wrong. I have R1D011 and can see the start up soynd. On shut down the is no sound for me. |

I noticed that the startup sound was gone because I had a own start up picture. But when I have the original start up the sound is back.. |

Just looked at my software Info and saw that I have R1B008 Software. Seems quite old to me
Can I update it myself to the newest one? If yes, how?

I don't think you can update the firmware yourself. You have to take it to an SE service center. |
